This Retreat gives the opportunity to be with ourselves and go beyond ourselves: whether meditating, praticing chi-kung, walking in the landscape. Silence is important in the circularity of daily life as it offers a counterbalance to the constant activity and noise that often defines our modern routines. It plays a crucial role in creating a harmonious rhythm and balance within the cyclical nature of our daily existence.
