Mindfulness-based online live course
A 4-session online mindfulness-based course to develop practical skills to better manage stress and anxiety.
This is a group-based, teacher led online training in basic mindfulness techniques aimed at helping participants better manage difficult emotions and thoughts and to help find peace and calm in the current storm
Each of the four 90m sessions will introduce simple techniques to develop emotional stability and resilience. The virtual group size will be small enough for individual mentoring in this learning process.
Mindfulness extends the ability to stay calm and deepens it. As our awareness grows the mind naturally begins to calm and with a calm, steady mind we can see more clearly, experience more deeply, who we really are and how the world is around us. Seeing more clearly we begin to make better, saner, choices for ourselves and others.
